THEORY
OF PRACTICE
From a holistic perspective, the balance of body, mind, and spirit impacts the way in which the
individual functions in the adult world--in organizations, in expression, in relationships.
I'm deeply curious about the process
of personal transformation and the psychospiritual links in human development. My approach has grown out
of philosophical traditions that include Hermetic Mysticism, Transcendentalism, Anthroposophy, Theosophy, as well
as post-Freudian psychological theory focused on personal transformation and human potential.
My holistic health focus includes exploratory study in areas related to the body (such as modern
dance and yoga); the mind (such as the psychology of creativity); and the spirit (such as metaphysics).
